Do I get the same savings for monthly or every 3 months?
Yes. You receive 9% preferred care savings whether you choose 1-month or 3-month delivery. We want you to pick the rhythm that fits your life — not order faster than you need.
Can I skip, pause, swap products, or cancel?
Yes — anytime. Log in to your account and select Manage subscriptions. From there you can skip an order, pause, change your delivery schedule, swap products, or cancel.
How do I update my address or payment method?
Click the account icon (little person) in the site header → log in → open Manage subscriptions. You can update shipping details and payment information there.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll attempt to retry and notify you so you can update your card. You can also update payment details anytime inside your account.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item isn’t available, we’ll notify you and your order may be skipped so your subscription stays active. You can also swap products inside your account if you’d prefer an alternative.
I subscribed a while ago — will my account still work?
Yes. If you subscribed under a legacy system, you’ll see a separate management area inside your account. Either way, the best first step is the same: log in via the account icon and manage from there.
