auto-renewal

• Plans renew automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.

• You may modify or skip upcoming renewals before the next charge.

minimum commitment

• Cancellation is allowed only after one full renewal has processed following the initial subscription order.

discount & incentive protection

• Subscription discounts are honored on future orders only if minimum commitment is met.

• Cancelling before one renewal may result in discount revocation to prevent benefit misuse.

plan management

• You may update products, billing details, or delivery frequency anytime in your customer account.

contraindications

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Patch testing is recommended for highly reactive skin types.

refunds

• Renewal orders are considered final and follow our standard return & refund policy.

third-party subscriptions

• If you subscribed through an external provider (e.g., RecurPay), those plans remain governed by that provider’s policies.
