Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing ästhetik skincare. We carefully prepare each order and work to provide a smooth, reliable delivery experience from the moment your purchase is placed through its arrival.
Order Processing
Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, periods of unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Please use the carrier’s tracking page for the most current delivery information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver our products. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and services available for that order.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside ästhetik skincare’s control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, package weight, and any applicable shipping promotion.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was shipped incorrectly by ästhetik skincare or the package experienced another qualifying problem covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and postal code before submitting the order.
Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
ästhetik skincare is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional carrier charges, or packages returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.
Carrier Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery schedule are managed by the carrier. Weather, transportation interruptions, holidays, regional emergencies, or high shipping volume may occasionally cause delays.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us. We will review the shipment information and assist with the appropriate next steps.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, building staff, neighbors, or the carrier.
Contact us promptly if the package remains missing. We will review the tracking information and help determine whether a carrier inquiry or claim is appropriate. A carrier delivery scan does not automatically guarantee that a refund or replacement will be issued.
Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, incorrect, or materially affected during shipment.
Email customerservice@asthetikskincare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label.
Please retain the product and all original packaging until we have reviewed the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, carrier claim assistance, or another appropriate resolution.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to retrieve the package, we will contact you after the shipment is received and reviewed.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the package be shipped again. Original shipping charges are not refundable when the return resulted from address information or delivery circumstances outside ästhetik skincare’s control.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
