The ästhetik skincare mobile messaging program (the “Mobile Service”) is operated by asthetik skin, LLC, doing business as ästhetik skincare (“ästhetik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in or using the Mobile Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). These Mobile Terms apply in addition to our other applicable website terms and policies.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to the Mobile Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS and text messages from and on behalf of ästhetik skincare at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or other messaging technology, even if your number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

Messages may include promotional offers, product announcements, specials, skincare education, cart reminders, checkout reminders, customer-service communications, and other marketing or transactional messages.

Consent Is Not Required to Purchase

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from ästhetik skincare. Participation in the Mobile Service is voluntary.

Message Frequency and Charges

ästhetik skincare does not separately charge you for the Mobile Service, but message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Where supported, other recognized opt-out keywords may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Using STOP is the recommended method.

You may also use an unsubscribe link included in a text message where one is available.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed. No additional promotional messages will be sent through that Mobile Service unless you initiate contact or enroll again.

If you have enrolled in more than one ästhetik skincare messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

Changing Telephone Numbers

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change or discontinue the mobile number used to enroll, you should opt out before relinquishing the number and enroll again using your new number.

You agree not to provide a mobile number belonging to another person without that person’s authorization.

Changes to Messaging Numbers

We may change the telephone number, short code, or other identifier used to operate the Mobile Service. Where appropriate, we will notify subscribers of the change.

Messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to an outdated number may not be received. Use the most recent number shown in our messages or on this page.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider and is outside our complete control.

The Mobile Service may not be available through every carrier, device, or location.
