We provide this website, including its information, product listings, shopping functions, customer accounts, skincare quiz, recurring-purchase options and related services, subject to these Terms of Service. Collectively, these are referred to as the “Services.”

By visiting the website, submitting information, creating an account, purchasing a product, enrolling in a subscription or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services or place an order.

2. Eligibility and United States Availability

The Services are intended for users located in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state or local law.

3. Customer Accounts

Certain features may require a customer account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update that information when needed.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share your password or permit unauthorized use of your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect customers, enforce these terms, comply with law, or prevent misuse of the Services.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, images, directions, sizes, prices and availability. However, errors, omissions or differences may occur.

Product packaging, labels, colors, textures and presentation may differ slightly from website photographs. Packaging and formulations may also be updated when appropriate.

We may correct errors, update product information or change product availability without prior notice. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

Cosmetic and educational information

Product descriptions, skincare quizzes, articles, consultations, emails, social-media content and other educational materials are provided for general cosmetic and skincare information.

They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease or medical condition. They do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a physician, dermatologist, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

Individual results vary. No particular cosmetic result is guaranteed.

Ingredient review and patch testing

You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and directions before use. Do not use a product containing an ingredient to which you know or suspect you are allergic.

We recommend patch testing new products before broader use, particularly for sensitive or reactive skin. Stop using a product if significant irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical guidance when necessary.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Payment authorization failure
• Shipping or address limitations
• Unusually large quantities or suspected resale activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be completed after an order enters processing, fulfillment or shipment.

6. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price charged is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment, billing and contact information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges and other disclosed charges will be calculated and shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their processing services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

7. Preferred Care Pricing and Recurring Orders

Preferred Care Pricing is an optional recurring-purchase program available for selected products. When you choose a Preferred Care purchase option, you authorize recurring orders and charges at the delivery frequency and price displayed during enrollment.

Your selected payment method may be charged automatically for each recurring order, including the product price, applicable shipping charges, taxes and other amounts disclosed at checkout.

A Preferred Care subscription continues until canceled. Available management options may allow you to:

• Skip an upcoming delivery
• Pause the subscription
• Change the next order date
• Adjust the delivery frequency
• Update eligible products or quantities
• Cancel future recurring orders

Changes or cancellation must be completed before the next recurring order is processed. Canceling a subscription applies to future orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already entered processing, fulfillment or shipment.

There is no fee to cancel Preferred Care.

Preferred Care purchases are also governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy . If Shopify assigns a different URL to that policy, use the policy link shown in your checkout footer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days, although processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, launches, high order volume or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, transportation interruptions, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address supplied during checkout.

9. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered for eligible orders at ästhetik spa & skincare in Fishermen’s Village, Punta Gorda, Florida.

Pickup availability and preparation times vary. Do not arrive to collect an order until you receive a pickup-ready notification.

Pickup orders may require the purchaser’s name, order confirmation and acceptable identification before release.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery when they are:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition in which they were received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened, used, tested, altered or unsealed skincare and personal-care products are generally not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or was otherwise affected by an error on our part.

All returns require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for an approved standard return. We are responsible for eligible return-shipping costs when the return results from qualifying damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment or another error by ästhetik.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if a product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, incorrect, missing or materially affected during shipment.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping box, packaging materials and shipping label. Keep the product and all packaging until the review is complete.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, credit, carrier-claim assistance or another appropriate resolution.

12. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards may be used according to the terms presented when purchased and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for protecting gift-card codes. Contact us promptly if you believe a code has been accessed or used without authorization.

13. Promotions, Discounts and Complimentary Items

Promotions, discount codes, gifts with purchase, referral offers, giveaways and other incentives may be subject to additional terms displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotional items have no cash value
• Offers may be limited by date, inventory or eligibility
• We may correct or end an offer affected by an error or misuse

Complimentary gifts, samples, promotional products and giveaway prizes are generally not eligible for return or cash refund.

14. Reviews and User-Generated Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments or other content through the Services.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You created it or have permission to submit it
• It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• It does not violate another person’s rights

We may remove content that violates these terms, is misleading, contains private information, or is otherwise inappropriate for the Services.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original text, photographs, graphics, videos, product names, collection names, branding, logos, layouts, educational materials and other content are owned by or licensed to asthetik skin, LLC.

The names ästhetik, ästhetik skincare and related product and service names may be protected trademarks, trade names or brand identifiers.
